Finals Schedule Spring 2015
GRADUATION TICKETS, GRADUATION REHEARSAL, and GRADUATION INFORMATION UPDATE
-Extra Grad Ticket Lotteries: At press time (5-25-15) we had only 12 tickets returned> Ms. Calvo will run a late lottery on Wednesday, 5/27 and let families who are selected know of extra tickets to their count. [We apologize but we had more requests than usual this year for extra tickets than we are able to accommodate.]
-Book and Fines must be cleared before graduates will be given their Graduation tickets. Check in with the library to know your status, if you are not sure. ..
- Actual Tickets and Seating for the Graduates: Each graduate must pick up his/her own tickets from 7:45 to 9:15 AM on Thursday, 5/28 in the Auditorium lobby. Graduation seating for the graduates will also be assigned/confirmed at that time.
-Graduation Rehearsal: A mandatory Graduation Rehearsal will run from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Thursday, 5/28 as needed. All students who will participate in the ceremony must attend.
- Graduate Arrival and Attire: Graduates will be released to go home and must return between 4:00 PM and no later than 4:30 PM. Graduates should report to the Del Monte entrance. There will no movement for the graduates between the upper courts and the Great Court. Students should come dressed and prepared for the ceremony with their caps and gowns on. -Please do not decorate and alter the caps or gowns in any way.
-Entrance and Seating for Families: Family members may begin lining up around 4 PM on the 31st side of the high school. Family members will be let in at 4:30 PM for both the open and premium seating. No one will be allowed without a ticket.
-Start and End Times: We anticipate the ceremony will go from 5:30 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, 5/28 in the Great Court.
-Live-streaming of Ceremony: We are also live streaming the Graduation on baosn.tv starting at 5:30 PM.
-Photos of the Graduates: We are proud to announce that Still Light Studios will be taking a photo of each graduate as they receive their diploma. Students will be given an order form when they receive their graduation tickets.

Yearbook Distribution Information - Please Read!
Yearbooks are coming! Seniors, please be ready with your ID cards on Senior Knight. Students without ID cards will NOT get their yearbook. Yearbooks will be distributed in the financial office (the Armor) during lunch. Pick up day for Seniors will be on Senior Knight and on Monday, May 18. Junior pick-up starts Monday, May 18, Sophomore pick-up is Tuesday May 19, and Freshman pick-up is Wednesday May 20. If you want to buy a yearbook, it’s not too late! You can go on schoolloop and fill out an order form located on the front bottom page and turn it in at the main office.
